STEP 1:
Heat
the coconut milk and coffee in a saucepan until gently simmering.

Pour the heated milk over the chocolate and sit for a few minutes.

in the vegan butter until melted through and smooth.

in the liqueur and sea salt until combined.

the ganache into a silicone sphere mold pan.

Freeze
the chocolates until solid (about 4 hours).

Remove
the chocolates from the mold and place them on a lined tray.

Dip
